Just finished writing a new song, a love-song, in my native language this time. It's about ehhm... the usual suspect and I :)) I'm working on the final version, polishing the lyrics a bit, then on a LIVE-version (substituting the piano by a 12-string electric guitar - Oh I bought a new one, veeeeery cool double-neck ) ,then make final recordings and ultimately I'll write and record an adaptation in English. Maybe. Anyway, here's the prelim, hope you like it. Let me know!! |

...for sake of beauty of the french language, I gave this song, originally by Francis Cabrel, my own "spanish twist" in tribute to the french lady I met in Spain a long time ago, who shaped my life in many more ways than one. I've been working on this song for a while now, but only received the licensing rights last week. 'Je l'aime a mourir' will be in the shops middle of May, just before my little spanish tour starts. (I'm actually working on a Castillian version for my upcoming spanish shows this summer.)
Anyway, to you it's of course freely available here on my website (as well as in the shopping-area), I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! <3
| I've practically finished a new song today, between cleaning my apartment and other boooooooring chores, out of the blue I felt like having a drink. So I mentally changed subject and wrote myself a song. Works every time, supercool therapy! Still need to sort of polish it a bit, the song I mean... ...or maybe not, because I like it the way it is. I was crazy about Status Quo when I was a kid, and that shows I guess! |
